Production Capabilities

Xenop Steel and Galvanizing maintains a vertically integrated production infrastructure designed to meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and scalability. With a focus on continuous improvement, our production processes are optimized through advanced technologies and a highly skilled workforce.

Our steel fabrication operations are carried out within a 9,000 m² indoor facility, supported by a 15,000 m² open yard designed to facilitate large-scale logistical operations. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery and automated systems, ensuring precision and consistency across all product lines.

Xenop's galvanizing plant operates with a fully automated hot-dip galvanizing line, capable of handling up to 40,000 tons annually. This ensures long-term corrosion protection for a wide range of structural components, meeting both international and project-specific standards.

Our annual steel fabrication capacity reaches 36,000 tons, supporting diverse product lines such as overhead power transmission towers, substation frameworks, lighting and telecommunication poles, monopoles, modular masts, and custom tubular structures. Each product is engineered to perform reliably under the most demanding environmental and operational conditions.

Adhering to global best practices and strict quality control protocols, Xenop delivers high-performance steel and galvanizing solutions to clients across infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, and industrial sectors—both domestically and internationally.
